The people at Shearer continue to try hard to make sure everything is taken care of. My car had something go wrong prematurely that was both expensive and out of warranty - everyone agreed it was too soon. So they worked with me and VW to split the cost of the repair and "make it right." I appreciate the efforts of Jason and his staff. Dropping a car off is easy and the work is done according to schedule, the employees are friendly and do a great job explaining the work. The service drop off is organized and easy - couldn't ask for more. Plus they wash the car before returning it.

The whole team has been pleasant to work with. So far I enjoy my car and feel I made the right choice.

From the appointment scheduling via email to the comprehensive and friendly service, this was a positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and provided all the information needed both before and after the appointment. They took care of the open recalls for my vehicle at the time of service without any reminder from me. Good people providing excellent service, what more could you ask for?

Initial service was great but I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that they forgot to fill my ad-blue tank for the TDI. I feel this is a major oversight but the mistake was corrected immediately after bringing it to the service departments attention. They had me come in, they filled the ad-blue right away and I was on my way shortly after arriving. They even gave me a bottle of ad-blue to keep in the car! Rick Hurlburt and the rest of the Shearer VW service team are top notch and a pleasure to deal with.

The staff was realy accomadating with fast service. I was asked many times while waiting if I needed a suttle ride anywhere coffe was available if desirered .

I just came in for a routine service (check-up, oil change, tire rotation, etc). They were all friendly and helpful. The dealership has a nice waiting area with wifi, coffee and comfortable seats. No complaints here!
