Dave Lewis was the second generation owner-operator of Lewis Motors, until recently selling the company to the locally owned Shearer Automotive Group. Dave is a graduate of Norwich University and lives in Charlotte with his wife Karyn, his two children Sarah and Alex, and his dog Otis.
Dave is now a partner with his friend Bill Shearer, the new owner, and will work as a Consultant and Special Projects Manager.

Rich has been working with the Shearer Automotive Group since the inception of the new company. He has extensive retail automotive experience as well as consulting to major auto dealer groups and manufacturers. Rich is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Vermont to be near his family.

Ryan grew up in Chicago, Illinios and is a die hard Cubs fan. He moved to Vermont in 2001. After that Ryan began his journey in the car business with Heritage Toyota. Before coming to the Shearer Auto Group in 2011, Ryan took the summer off and played with his band "Cash is King" in over 13 States. He is an avid and passionate musician.

Chris O'Connell started here at Volkswagen South Burlington in March 2011. He was born and raised right here in Vermont, and calls Bolton home, with his three children. Dave joined the Volkswagen family in late-August of 2012. He was born and raised in Burlington, VT where he lives with his wife Shelley and his son Matt while his other son, Jake is off at college! Dave has been active in youth sports in the area for the past 15 years, is an avid golfer, boater and fisherman. Fun fact about Dave - his first car was a Volkswagen Bug!

He is a Boston Massachusetts native but currently lives in South Burlington with his wife, Andrea, and has lived in Vermont for the past thirty years. Kevin graduated from the Culinary Institute of America; he is a classically trained professional chef who spent two years in New York studying Northern Italian cuisine! Kevin is an avid skier, former competitive cyclist and a Bikram yoga practitioner. His favorite part of his job? Helping people find just the right car for them!

Tom started with Shearer Acura Audi Volkswagen late January 2011. He was born and raised in Reading, Massachusetts, and attended school in Mass. He has been living and working in Pennsylvania for the past 17 years and spent the last five years working for Vision Audi Porsche Volkswagen in Leesport, Pa. Tom enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, and has played baseball for most of his adult life! He also enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. He's looking forward to hiking the Long Trail! Tom is the father of two, and a Grand father of two. Tom is also a Real Estate Agent with a license in Penn.

In the winter she likes to hibernate! She is a football & basketball fan. In the Summer she likes to garden, go camping, kayaking, reading, going to the beach, and just being outside.

She moved to Las Vegas in 2003 came back to Vermont in 2006, and came back to Shearer! She grew up in South Burlington. She currently lives in St. George with her husband, Pat. She has one son who teaches at Milton High School, and two stepchildren.

Courtney has been with the Shearer Automotive Group since June of 2009 and joined the VW team in January of 2012.
Courtney grew up in Charlotte, VT and currently lives in Burlington. She attended Rice Memorial High School.
Before she came to work with the Shearer team, she worked at Freedom Nissan for 4 years, Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus, GA, as well as a Mercedes/Volvo dealership in Georgia. She loves to work in the car business, she says "The people you get to work with make it all worth it, it's like a big family!"
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her friends and loved ones! She also enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, snowboarding, and watching sports.
A fun fact about Courtney is she was adopted at birth through Lund Family Center.

Chip was born in New Jersey and moved to Southern Vermont with his family in 1971. He attended Bellows Falls Union High School in Bellows Falls Vermont, moved to Burlington in 1980 and has lived there ever since. Chip joined the Shearer Auto group in June 2010. He began his career in cars in 1989 in sales and since has worked in every department at a car dealership. He now gets to combine his enthusiasm of cars with his forte in computers! When Chip isn't saving the day here at work he enjoys sailing, snowboarding, cycling, photography, motorcycles, and of course computers!
