We Are MOVING!!!

 
Yup, we're moving! Since the Shearer Auto Group purchased this dealership in 2009 we have seen our business TRIPLE in volume. We would like to thank YOU and ALL of our loyal Volkswagen customers for your continued support and loyalty. We are excited to announce that we have outgrown our 1325 Shelburne Rd. showroom and we are moving up to 1030 Shelburne Rd. (formerly the Shearer GMC Cadillac, Buick store).

This larger location will allow us more room to keep a larger New and Pre-Owned Volkswagen inventory in stock for you to choose from. We will have a dedicated Volkswagen service department to service all of your Volkswagen needs, PLUS an ONSITE body shop, followed up with a drive through service lane later in the year!

We will still offer our service clients a clean waiting area equipped with amenities like free beverages and snacks. You will able to enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable TV, or if you wish not to wait while your vehicle is serviced we will still offer a free shuttle service that runs daily to help you keep your schedule on time (within a 15 mile radius of our dealership).

You've seen the commercial with 'Darth Vadar' which brings out the 'kid' in all of us, and but did you also know that the 2012 Passat is Motor Trends 'Car of the Year'?

They are HERE  at Volkswagen South Burlington. Contact Volkswagen Brand Specialists and Internet Sales Manager Terry Wetmore to test drive this amazing machine. We have vehicles ready to drive home, and we can take orders on future deliveries.

               It's here...the 21st Century Beetle...feel free to give yourself (or anyone close enough) a high five!

The 21st Century Beetle has been well received at Volkswagen South Burlington! They are selling as fast as we can get them on the lot and we currently taking orders for future deliveries!



You won't have to wait long for the introduction of the TDI and Convertible models to arrive! Not only is the 21st Century Beetle be available in the convertible BUT also in the TDI convertible version too. We will start to see these new models arrive on our lot this spring. Who's NEW at Volkswagen South Burlington?

 
Javier Rodriguez
Volkswagen Technician

Javier is from the Dominican Republic. He has been working on cars since 2003. Previous to coming to the Shearer Auto Group he was employed at a Mercedes Dealership in the Dominican. One of the reason's Javier moved away was because of the extreme heat, he found the right place in Vermont. Javier is married, and on his free time he enjoys; mountain biking, tennis, skiing and pretty much anything outdoors. Javier trained at Wyotech Technical Institute, and is one of our brightest upcoming technicians in the company.

                                                                                                                                                                
  

Eric Laing
Audi/Volkswagen Parts

Eric was born and grew up in Vermont. He has extensive automotive industry experience, with over 14 years under his belt at PJ's Automotive. He recently came to us from PJ's, and hasn't missed a beat. Eric is a big time Boston Bruins fan, and enjoys playing sports. We are fortunate to have Eric as a member of the Audi/Volkswagen Parts department.   

Ryan McCrea
Volkswagen Brand Specialist

Ryan grew up in Chicago, Illinios and is a die hard Cubs and Bears fan. He moved to Vermont in 2001 and spent 6 years in the Food Industry. After that Ryan began his journey in the car business with Heritage Toyota. Before coming to the Shearer Auto Group this winter, Ryan took the summer off and played with his band "Cash is King" in over 13 States. He is an avid and passionate musician. 		 
  
David Macmurtry
Vehicle Reconditioning

David was born and raised in Vermont. He enjoys working on his car and photography. One day Dave hope's to own his own customization shop. It's rare to see David's car with the same pair of wheels on it for more than a week. If it's customizable, David is putting his own artistic spin on it. David attended Wyotech Automotive School, and enjoys being around cars as much as he possibly can.
